Return Policies

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
