What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you'll get a confirmation email letting you know we've received it. Once it ships, you'll get a second email with your tracking number — it can take up to 24 hours to become active.Free Shipping: We ship free on every order, no minimum required.Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. All orders ship from our warehouse in the US. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary slightly, but every order goes out from the same place — so you always know where your piece is coming from.

Will I Pay Customs & Taxes?

No, all customs & taxes are covered by us.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If something isn't right, send it back for a full refund — no questions asked. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or wrong. To start a return, email us at support@belmontbijou.com with your order number.

What is your return policy for earrings?

For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned for a refund unless they arrive damaged — in that case, reach out to us and we'll take care of it.

How do I process a return?

To start a return, email us at support@belmontbijou.com. Please include:Your order numberReason for returnWe'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to. You'll have 7 days from that email to ship it back to us.Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Belmont Bijou isn't liable for items damaged or lost in transit — we recommend using a tracked shipping service so you can confirm it reaches us.Once we receive your return, we'll issue a refund within 10 business days, as long as it meets our return criteria.Note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

I ordered the wrong item, what can I do?

Once an order's been processed, it goes straight to our warehouse for shipment — so we're not able to make changes once it's shipped. If you catch a mistake before that, email us at support@belmontbijou.com right away and we'll do what we can to help.

How long does my refund take?

Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method — your bank may take a bit longer to show it.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at support@belmontbijou.com and we'll make it right.

What if my return gets lost in transit?

Belmont Bijou isn't liable for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us — we recommend using a tracked shipping service so you can confirm your return reaches us.

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

Do you accept international returns?

Yes, we accept returns from all locations we ship to. The same 30-day window and return process apply — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Do you have size guides?

If you’re not sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Do you offer any guarantee/warranty?

Yes — we offer a 1-year guarantee. If your Belmont Bijou piece tarnishes or fades, email us a photo along with your order number to support@belmontbijou.com and we'll process a replacement or store credit. This guarantee doesn't cover items that are intentionally damaged, damaged by someone else, stolen, or lost.

Can I cancel my order?

Totally understandable — plans change. You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase, free of charge. Once an order has shipped, we're not able to cancel it; you'll need to return it to us once it arrives, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
