SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for shopping with Belmont Bijou. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Where We Ship
We ship to a number of countries. Availability depends on your location — check at checkout to confirm we deliver to you.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum required.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and sent out within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time
Once your order leaves us, expect it to arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on where you are.

Order Cut-Off
Place your order before 2:00 PM (EST) and we'll start processing it that same day. After that, it moves to the next business day.

Carriers
We partner with established carriers to get your order to you safely. Which one handles your delivery depends on your location.

Tracking Your Order
Once your piece ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Order Hasn't Arrived?
If your order hasn't shown up in the expected window, email us at support@belmontbijou.com and we'll look into it with our shipping partner.

Returned or Undelivered Packages
Packages sometimes come back to us — wrong address, missed pickup, or a delivery that was refused. If that happens, re-shipping may come with an added fee.

Lost in Transit
If your package seems lost, reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Once we confirm it's lost, we'll send a replacement if we have one, or refund you in full.

Delays
Some delays are out of our hands — weather, customs, carrier disruptions, or a busy season. If your order's affected, we'll keep you posted.

Changing Your Address
Need to update where it's going? Contact us right away. Once an order has shipped, we usually can't change it.

Wrong Address on File
If the address you gave us is incomplete or incorrect, you may be responsible for the extra cost of re-shipping.

Modifying or Canceling an Order
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, it's likely already in motion and we can't make changes.
