Free shipping on every order, no minimum required. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number once it ships.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. To start a return, contact us at support@belmontbijou.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
